Alves Healthcare has a research oriented multi dosage manufacturing plant which is cGMP certified and WHO-GMP Geneva compliant. It is here that we produce an extensive gamut of formulations for prophylactic and therapeutic uses which includes Tablets, Capsules, Dry and liquid Injections, Suppositories, Liquid Orals, Dry Syrups, Sterile Eye Ointments, Dusting Powders, External Preparations, Gels, Ointments, Creams, Neutraceuticals and Wound Care Products. Thanks to our state-of-the-art R&D Laboratory and highly qualified, experienced and professional team of production and quality control, Alves Healthcare has developed and manufactured over 400 dosage forms of medicines in various therapeutic categories.

Situated in a luxuriant green pollution free environment of Himachal Pradesh, our state-of-the-art plant reflects a one-off blueprint of a unique and hygienic production site for supply of cost-effective, feasible magnitude of pharmaceutical products. Some of the Salient Features of our Production Plant include:-
  • Manufacturing facility is strategically located in the excise free zone of Himachal Pradesh;
  • Facility is located in Greenfield area having Sterile and Non- sterile manufacturing areas sited on different floors with separate service floors;
  • Appropriately set out Plant facility comprising of unidirectional material flow, personnel movement and cGMP systems followed at all levels with corresponding reports;
  • Temperature, humidity, particulates and inter-room pressure differentials in production areas are monitored 24 hours a day based on design layout;
  • State-of-the-Art Plant with Machinery and Equipments having all contact parts made of SS 316 stainless steel and Utilities eliminating cross contaminations;
  • Usage of Purified Water by Distillation in manufacturing activities;
  • Validation of Equipments, Processes and Systems including Process Controls;
  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training;
  • Critical areas of the plant exhibits PU painting with Double Glazed PU Painted flush Doors and Windows with epoxy flooring and coving, with the rest of the areas displaying Kota finish;omega replica
  • Each zone ensuring separate AHUs (Air Handling Units), Dehumidification Unit and Dust Extraction Systems;
  • Segregation of all critical processing activities in each zone to evade cross-contamination;
  • Adherence to stringent specifications of WHO CGMP;
  • Environment in each area of the plant adapted in accordance with the temperature, Humidity, Filtration, Particle Counts, etc.;
