| ALVES has a research oriented multi dosage manufacturing plant that is cGMP certified and WHO-GMP Geneva compliant where it produces a wide range of formulations for prophylactic and therapeutic uses that include Tablets, Capsules, Injections, Suppositories, Liquid Orals, Dry Syrups, Sterile Eye Ointments, Dusting Powders, External Preparations, Gels, Ointments, Creams, Neutraceuticals and Wound Care Products. |

The plant provides an ideal and clean production site for an economically viable scale of production of Pharmaceuticals and is located in Himachal Pradesh in a lush green pollution free environment. With the support of high tech equipment and a dedicated team of production staff, ALVES is able to meet the demands of an ever-increasing market. The well planned expansion scheme for the production site and the continuous supply of new manufacturing equipment will ensure that ALVES’s lives up to the world’s standards. | The Few Salient Features Of The Plant Include:- |
- Manufacturing facility located strategically in the excise free zone of Himachal Pradesh
- Facility is located in Greenfield area having Sterile and Non- sterile manufacturing areas located on different floors with separate service floors;
- Well laid out Plant facility having unidirectional material flow and personnel movement
- ‘State –of- the- Art’ Plant and Machinery and Equipments having all contact parts made of SS 316 Stainless Steel and Utilities eliminating cross contaminations
- Use of Purified Water by Distillation in manufacturing activities
- Validation of Equipments, Processes and Systems including Process Controls
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training;
- The entire plant has PU painting with Double Glazed PU Painted flush Doors and Windows with epoxy flooring and coving
- Each zone has separate AHUs (Air Handling Units), Dehumidification Unit and Dust Extraction Systems
- Segregation of every critical processing activity in each zone to avoid cross-contamination
